Our New Help Desk
In order to help you in the most efficient way possible, we now offer an outstanding Help Desk.
By clicking here,
you can ask a question, make a suggestion, get any kind of help you
need. Once you send an email to that address, your own customer file
and ticket number will automatically be generated. Of course, we're
always happy to hear from you by phone if you prefer that method. But
using our new help desk will avoid any hold times or phone tag, it will
create a paper trail of your issue, and you will be guaranteed a
response within 24 hours. Often much, much sooner!
Guarantee/Returns
We
pride ourselves in carrying high quality and safe items and we hope that you
will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you
can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason
or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the mold removal products or we refuse to accept your money!
If
you need to return something, please send an email to sales@propertyperfections.net or call us at 1-954-678-1541 within 7 days
of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept
authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in original case or pale.. Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be amazed with anything you order from Property Perfections Mold Removal Products.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Delivery Time
Most
orders ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed.
Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some
of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in
multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us, at 1-954-678-1543 to discuss special arrangements.
Shipping
Property Perfections uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United
States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability
for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd
day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is
additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy
to discuss that with you.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.
All
orders delivering to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week.
We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian
customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties
and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but
results in a flat $10.95US additional charge for duties and taxes.
For
all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding
$10.95US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of shipment.
If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00US, you will be notified by email
with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and
specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.
At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada.
No Minimum Order Requirement!
Property Perfections has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a bottle -- and don't forget to ask us for mold information. We can help you with most mold problems you run into!
Sales Tax
No Sales tax will only be assessed for any orders.
Rush Orders
In
the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Property Perfections, please call us during normal business hours at
