The organic encapsulate is commercial strength, EPA registered, and comes with a MSDS sheet. By applying the liquid solution to moldy and corroted surfaces the liquid solution changes the DNA makeup of the mold to break down the spores and easily removes them from with the pourous surfaces. This causes the surface to be cleaned and lightened, creating a lighter cleaner looking surface that is able to be tested for clearances.
